This week felt like one of those in-between weeks where the work becomes familiar enough that you stop panicking about every little thing, but busy enough that you still never quite sit still. I was moving between Infodesk-duty, emails, flyers, presentations, and the usual daily office rhythm, which made the week feel full without being completely overwhelming.

Monday was another Infodesk day, this time for the first round of piano tuning exams. That meant handing out blibs, checking IDs, and pointing students in the right direction while also keeping the international email up to date.

I was also dragged into a big introduction meeting with administration staff and teachers, which was a nice way to meet people I had not seen before, even if it came with the usual “try to remember every name immediately” challenge - which I failed miserably.

Tuesday was the last day of helpdesk duty for the second round of the exams for piano tuning students, so there was a little sense of completion in the air. I handed out and collected blibs again, helped direct students, and finally finished the bingo cards after checking in with Malin. Between that and the email work, it felt like one of those days where small tasks quietly add up to a lot.

Wednesday was a mix of practical and preparatory work. I hung flyers for the Study Abroad Fika around the KMH campus, kept the international email updated, and gave a short report during the Wednesday meeting about how the Infodesk work went. I also continued working on my presentation, which meant the Fika event in April was starting to feel a lot more real.

Thursday stayed fairly steady with international email work, Swedish class, and then another date night after work. This time I picked the restaurant, which made the evening feel a little extra special. It was a vegan buffet place with an amazing view, and honestly, it was exactly the kind of calm, lovely end to a workday that I appreciate more and more.

Friday was mostly about staying on top of the international email, which might sound simple, but is really one of those tasks that quietly keeps the whole week moving. It was a good day to focus without too many interruptions. Sometimes that is exactly what Friday needs to be.

The weekend was full of window shopping, meeting friends in Västerås to record music, and sadly: a cancelled tattoo appointment, which somehow still counts as a memorable weekend in my book.
